Welding

A high quality pin drawn tube is in demand by all contact tip producers in the electric welding industry. The primary alloy for MIG tip production is DHP 122. Other alloys are available upon demand. Tubing for other welding products is produced for end uses such as torch handles, adapters, connectors ground lugs, braze tip materials, gas pigtails, etc. Additional end uses are for Plasma cutting equipment and the full range of tube components to Oxy/Acetylene cutting and brazing industry.

Electrical

Copper and copper alloys are in high demand for electrical applications due to its high conductivity characteristics. Typical end uses are power connectors, conductor tube, brush holders, heating elements, coolant tube for electrical generators and EDM tube for cutting and drilling. Typical alloys used are 102, 103, 120 and 752.
