Wolverine Fabricated Products is a major supplier of added-value components and assemblies to HVAC and Refrigeration OEMs. State-of-the-art manufacturing processes include drawing, cutting-to-length, bending, swaging, flaring, end finishing, end spinning, hole piercing, drilling and extruding, hydro-forming, bifurcating, coiling and brazing.

Return Bends, Crossovers, Coil Adaptors and Tripods are manufactured at our Carrollton, Texas (Tube Forming, Inc.) facility where we have been an industry leader of HVAC components since the 1960’s. Our recent expansion of the Carrollton facility, including implementation of high-tech cleaning equipment and automation, will enable us to continue as the industry leader.

Our dedicated return bend cleaning equipment results in the highest cleanliness standards possible in the industry, which will meet any coil manufacturer standards. Combined with our new optical measuring and automation, our customers can expect the lowest cost and highest quality in the industry. We have the widest range of on-hand tooling and preeminent engineering support allowing quick response to our customer demands. Kan ban and/or custom inventory delivery systems are available to meet our customers’ ever changing requirements.

Manifolds, Headers and Complex Assemblies are manufactured by utilizing our extensive tube component manufacturing capabilities developed over our 30-year history, as well as the installation of the most modern brazing processes and techniques. The acquisition of Wolverine Joining Technologies business completes our fully integrated assembly process by providing world-class application specific metal joining alloys and brazing process know-how. Wolverine Fabricated Products is often called upon by its customers to provide both simple and complex assemblies. Providing assemblies that reduce both the purchased part component inventory and the supplier base, allows our customers to concentrate on their core business of manufacturing finished products more cost effectively.
